MS Scholar Bowl Team Wins Tournament
MS Scholar Bowl hosted a match on campus this week, and they soundly defeated both Gulf View MS and North Naples MS (who had beaten them earlier this season). Team captains Sophia Min and Sarah Patel led a group of mostly eighth grade competitors that included veterans Max Goldberg, Jonah Findlay, Elad Yitzhak, Via Lipman, and Lucan Keyser as well as newcomers Aliq Jivani, Gabe Caito, Stella DeFrain, and Sergi Guzman and seventh grade newcomers Asher Carriero and Felicie Hoffmann. The group scored 203 points over three rounds, defeating the closest competition by 53. Great job, all!
